# SeliQt
> AI-powered mathematics tutoring platform for Australian students (Years 4–12)

SeliQt diagnoses learning gaps, generates adaptive questions aligned to the Australian Curriculum,
and evaluates handwritten working using Google Gemini AI. It is designed specifically for students
preparing for ACER, Edutest, selective entry, and scholarship examinations.

## Platform
Web application only (seliqt.com). No native iOS or Android app is currently available.

## What SeliQt Does
- Diagnostic placement assessment: 8–10 adaptive questions identify a student's working year level
- Adaptive practice: AI generates questions at Foundation / Growth / Mastery tiers
- Handwriting recognition: students write working on a tablet canvas; Gemini reads and marks it
- Deviation point analysis: AI identifies exactly where a student's reasoning diverged from correct logic
- Mastery progression: rolling accuracy window promotes/demotes students across tiers
- Strategy coaching: teaches 4 core problem-solving strategies (visual representation, working backwards, pattern recognition, systematic trial)
- Parent dashboard: weekly email summaries, milestone alerts, topic mastery breakdowns
- English module: AI-evaluated writing assignments (in development)

Authentication: Supabase JWT (Bearer token). Obtain via email/password, Google OAuth, or Apple OAuth.

- POST /functions/v1/create-checkout-session — Start a Stripe subscription checkout
- POST /functions/v1/create-portal-link — Open the Stripe billing portal for a subscriber
